Our products create the glue to integrate multiple disparate applications into a single enterprise solution. We integrate best-of-breed commercially available solutions using our smart integration approach, enabled by the lastest in .NET, xml and hl7 technologies all hosted in our state-of-the-art datacenter, so you don't have to worry about hardware or software. Excepting a small component necessary to enable the financial management integration from your Quickbooks desktop server, there is nothing to install or maintain. in the technology industry, this approach has been termed "Software as a Service" or SaaS and we fully embrace this approach. This approach combined with our utilization of other SaaS components rendors a low-cost, easy to implement solution that will grow and scale as your practice grows.
eIntegrationHub with PMD
The eIntegratonHub is the main engine behind the eMF solution. It provides integration between any number of applicattions that are needed to run the enterprise. It starts with a Patient Management Database (PMD) that is the initial point of entry for patient demographics and managing key attributes like program expiration dates and levels of access to the other components of the system. The eIntegrationHub then propagates the patient demographics to multiple applications that handle the remainder of the functions needed in the new physician enterprise including the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, a financial management system, an internet shopping cart, a self service appointment scheduling system and a system to handle marketing and communications with current and prospective patients . In the baseline "out-of-the-box" configuration, the eIntegrationHub provides tight integration with selected components but any number of components may be used as long as they support some form of external integration via xml, csv or hl7. If you have heard of "cloud" computing, this is essentially a simple version of integrating in the "cloud".
eVendorPortal
The eVendorPortal combined with 3dCart, one of the leading internet shopping carts delivers an "Amazon-like" shopping experience for patients. The integrated system includes an order management system for multiple dropshippers with real-time integration with 3dCart. The order management component provides a secure web-based application for vendors and dropshippers to receive orders, update orders status an enter shipping/tracking information. As this occurs, 3dCart is updated in real time and patients receive real time configurable emails updating them on status. ePatientPortal
The ePatientPortal provides numerous self-service capabilities to patients delivered via a secure web site (https://) that allows patients to update their demographic profile, schedule appointments, access the online wellness store, view and print their financial transactions with the practice, change passwords across all applications with a single entry, download intake forms and link components of their clinical file with their own personal health record via Google Health and Microsoft Health Vault.
Patient Master Database
The PMD is the master database for all prospective patients, leads and patients. It is the "system of record" for many of the key demographics such as name, addresses, phone numbers, date of birth as well as numerous other parameters that control the level of access to external systems, manage programs and expirations if the practice uses the concept of programs as opposed to payments for individual visits, and provides significant search capabilities to make it easy for the practice to find patients.
